To start reinstating your driver’s license, you must complete a state-licensed DUI School, which is also called a Risk Reduction Program. This step is required to get back on the road.

Steps to Completion
STEP 1: Complete the Required DUI Program Assessment
This assessment must be finished before enrollment in the 20-hour course.
Your first step in the Georgia DUI/Risk Reduction program is to complete the state-required NEEDS Assessment. The assessment consists of 143 questions and must be completed at least 30 minutes before the start of class. The cost is $100, and is a standard fee set by Georgia State Law.

- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

STEP 2: Complete Your 20-Hour DUI Class
Once your Assessment is complete, the final step is to attend the 20-hour in-classroom course, officially known as the DUI class or Risk Reduction Program. We offer this complete, DDS-certified course every week, with convenient options designed to fit into your busy life. Our goal is to make it easy for you to fulfill your requirement and move forward.

STEP 3: Certificate of Completion
