A Clinical Evaluation is a mandatory first step for anyone arrested for a DUI in Georgia. This confidential assessment is designed to satisfy legal requirements and determine the appropriate next steps.
Georgia DUI Schools offer the Georgia State/DHR approved Drug and Alcohol Clinical Evaluations at any of our 18 convenient locations throughout Atlanta and the metro regions. All of our DUI clinical evaluators are experienced, DHR-certified, and here to help our customers during their time of need.
What to Expect During Your Evaluation:
Purpose: To determine the driver’s risk of alcohol or drug abuse now and in the future, and to recommend appropriate treatment or intervention.
Who needs it: Typically required for drivers who have been arrested for DUI.
Process: The evaluation is conducted by a licensed mental health professional and involves an interview to evaluate alcohol and drug use patterns.
Outcome: Based on the evaluation, the professional will make recommendations for treatment, such as alcohol or drug education classes, addiction counseling, and/or participation in a substance abuse treatment program
Schedule your DUI clinical evaluation online, or call (770) 962-9555 to make an appointment by phone.

Program Cost: $45 per three-hour group treatment session.
